 I work with trusted legalisation agents to offer:

  • next-day apostilles

  • embassy legalisation (high demand for corporate clients)

  • full consular legalisation for non-apostille countries

  • secure courier arrangements

I offer clear guidance from the outset on the correct legalisation route, fees and expected turnaround times.

Electronic notarisation and e-apostilles

Where the receiving authority accepts digital documents, I can:

  • issue notarial certificates electronically under my Qualified Electronic Signature; and

  • arrange for an electronic apostille on that digital document (frequently used for UAE filings).

In such cases, the electronically notarised file itself is the original. Printed copies of a digitally notarised document will not be valid.
